Abstract

Zn(II) and Ni(II) complexes of 5-fluoroisatin-3-[-(N-cyclohexylthiosemicarbazone)] (H2FIC) have been prepared and characterized structurally by means of elemental analyses, FTIR, electronic, and 1H NMR spectra. The theoretical wavenumbers, IR intensities, and molecular parameters have been calculated by the ab-initio Hartree–Fock (HF) method with the LanL2DZ basis set. The theoretical wavenumbers show a good agreement with experimental data. The bond lengths, bond angles, the highest occupied molecular orbital energy (EHOMO), the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy (ELUMO), the energy gap between EHOMO and ELUMO (ΔEHOMO-LUMO), dipole moment, and charges on the atoms of H2FIC as monomer form were studied by the density functional theory/Becke-3-Lee-Yang-Parr (DFT/B3LYP) and ab-initio HF methods using 6-31G(d,p) basis set. The trimeric possible structure of H2FIC was also investigated using HF method. The observed IR wavenumbers of the H2FIC were analyzed in the light of the computed vibrational spectra of its monomer and trimer forms.

Abstract

Reduction of sulfimides and sulfoximides with p-toluenesulfonyl nitrite, a new nitrosating agent, gave nearly quantitatively the corresponding deimination products, sulfides and sulfoxides, respectively. In the reaction of dialkyl and aryl alkyl sulfoximides with t-butyl thionitrate, N-t-butylthiosulfoximides were obtained besides the usual deimination products, although diaryl sulfoximides were readily deiminated to the corresponding sulfoxides in good yields in the same treatment. t-Butyl thionitrate was also found to deiminate diphenyl sulfimide to give diphenyl sulfide in good yield. Sulfoximides reacted sluggishly with t-butyl thionitrite, however, eventually affording a small amount of sulfoxides.  相似文献

Abstract

Two flavindogenides, 3-(2-chlorobenzylidene)-flavanone and 3-(2,4-dichloro- benzylidene)-flavanone reacted with six 5-substituted-2-aminobenzenethiols, the substituents being fluoro, chloro, bromo, methyl, methoxyl, and ethoxyl, to give respective 12 new compounds, 10-substituted-7-(2-chlorophenyl/2,4-dichlorophenyl)- 6H-6a,7-dihydro-6-phenyl[1]benzopyrano[3,4?c][1,5]benzothiazepines (5a–l) in 60–70% yields. The products were characterized on the basis of microanalytical data for elements and IR, 1 H, and 13 C NMR and mass spectral studies. All the synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity against the bacteria,Escherichia coli and GFC,and the fungi,Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus,and Curvularia lunata.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper describes the synthesis of γ-halogenopropyl phosphoramidates I by hydroboration-halogenation reaction of N-phosphorylated allylamines II (phosphoramidates and phosphoramides). Only the use of allyl phosphoramidates leads to a good regioselectivity of the addition of boron atom on the terminal carbon atom of the allyl structure (compounds III).

The absence of N→B complex formation permits a good reactivity of the trialkylboranes III and IV. The breaking of the P[sbnd]N bond, in acidic medium of the compounds I gives corresponding γ-halogenated amines V.  相似文献

Six new substituted diphenyltin(IV) O,O′-alkylene dithiophosphates, (C6H5)2Sn(X)S(S) POGO [G = —CH2C(CH3)2CH2—, X = Cl (1), SCN (3), ClO4 (5); G = —CH2C (C4H9)(C2H5)CH2—, X = Cl (2), SCN (4), ClO4 (6)], were synthesized by the reaction of the corresponding ammonium salts of the O,O’-alkylene dithiophosphates with an appropriate organotin(IV) chloride. The compounds were characterized on the basis of elemental and spectral analyses (ESI mass spectrometry, IR, 1H, 13C, 31P, and 119Sn NMR). The presence of a four-coordinated Sn atom and monodentate O,O’-alkylene dithiophosphate moiety in compounds 1–4 as well as bidentate O,O’-alkylene dithiophosphate unit in compounds 5,6 is established.  相似文献

6-Arylidene-2,3-dimethyl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-benzocyclohepten-5-one 2a–l were obtained by the condensation of 2,3-dimethyl/3-methyl benzocyclohepten-5-one 1 with appropriate aromatic aldehydes, and upon condensation with 2-aminothiophenol in ethyl alcohol yielded 1,5-benzothiazepine derivatives 3a–l, respectively. Compounds 3d and 3h were found to possess antimicrobial activity when tested against B. Subtilis. Compounds 3i and 3j were found to possess moderate anti-inflammatory activity. Compound 3b was found to possess comparable antifungal activity when compared to clotrimazole against Trichomonas species.

2-Nitrodiene compound 1 was stirred with p-fluorothiophenol for a long time and compound 3 was obtained. Compound 1 gave bis(thio)substituted 2-nitrodiene compound 4 and tris(thio)substituted compound 5 with 2 moles of p-fluorothiophenol in the presence of NaOH in ethanol. The compounds 9a–g have been prepared from 8a–g and 3. Compound 7 was obtained from the reaction of mono(thio)substituted 2-nitrodiene with morpholine. Compound 3 gives 11a–d in the reaction with piperidines in CH2Cl2 (or ether). Compound 13a–b have been obtained from the reaction of compound 3 with primary amines 12a–b. Compound 3 gives 15 and 16 in the reaction with 2,5-dimethylpiperazine in CH2Cl2.

Mono(thio)substituted dienes 1a-1b gave compounds 3a-c and 5d-g with piperazine and piperidine derivatives in dichloromethane. Compounds 8 , 9 , and 10 were obtained from the reactions of perchlorobutadiene ( 6 ) with 1,4-butanedithiol ( 7 ) in ethanol in the presence of sodium hydroxide.
